Letterboxd has become one of my most vital apps nowadays. This great tool for film lovers helps you keep up with the latest film releases and has everything you could ask for on this platform. You can read everyone’s reviews and thoughts about every movie ever made, shorts and even some miniseries. You can keep a diary of your films where you can easily rate them and review them yourself.

Every film has a poster and a backdrop for aesthetics, along with a synopsis, the average rating, and all the crew and information you can think of. It also shows recommendations of similar films and much more. You can make infinite lists of films and like other users’ activity, it’s the perfect social media exclusively for motion pictures. You can search movies by year, genre or even upcoming projects. 

And the ultimate film lover tool, you have a watchlist where you can add all the films you have yet to see, what more can you ask for. In your profile you can display a biography, your top four favourite films, and your latest four watched. You also can pin your two favourite reviews and two personal lists. And at the bottom, all the information available along with personalized statistics for all time or by year. One of my indispensables for sure.
